Read the letter initiated by MEP Kartika Liotard, and signed by 32 MEPs urging Commissioner Dalli (DG Sanco) to inform the Romanian President, Traian Basescu, that the killing of stray dogs is not in line with EU-beliefs and (future) policies on animal welfare.
